Free spins at Win1: from credit to withdrawal
Free spins look like the simplest promotion there is: a number of rounds on a slot, paid for by the operator. In the account they are a little more complicated. They arrive with a fixed value per spin, they are tied to a particular game, they expire, and whatever they win is usually treated as bonus money with its own conditions. Knowing those four facts in advance is the difference between a pleasant extra and a confusing balance.
We do not list how many spins Win1 is giving away this week or on which title, because those campaigns rotate. The promotions page inside your account is the source for that. Here we explain what happens to the spins and their winnings once they are credited.
Go to the offerHow spins reach the account
Spins are credited in one of three ways: together with a deposit bonus, after entering a code, or as part of a campaign you opt into. Some packages release them in batches, for example a share every day for several days, and each batch may need to be activated by opening the named game while logged in. If you do not see your spins, check the bonus or promotions section of the profile before contacting support; the spins are often waiting there for an activation click.
Each spin has a fixed stake set by the operator. You cannot raise it to make the spins worth more, and changing the bet in the game normally switches you from free spins to your own balance. Watch the spin counter in the game window: when it is gone, you are playing with money.
What happens to the winnings
- They are collected into a separate bonus balance when the last spin is played.
- A wagering requirement starts, normally calculated on the amount won, not on the value of the spins.
- A cap may apply, limiting how much of those winnings can ever be withdrawn.
- Game restrictions return: the requirement may only count on slots, and some slots may be excluded.
- The account checks apply before payout: identity, payment ownership and the one-account rule.
Our wagering guide shows how to estimate the play needed in step two, using a hypothetical example rather than any real Win1 figure.
Free spins and the account rules
Because free spins have a clear cash value, they are a frequent target of bonus abuse, and operators check them carefully. Registering several accounts to collect the same spins, using a relative's card to qualify, or claiming spins from a device that already holds another account are the patterns that get flagged. The consequence is usually the removal of the spins and their winnings, and sometimes a closed account. If you share a computer or a home network with another player, mention it to support before both of you claim the same campaign.
The responsible side is worth a sentence too. Free spins are designed to introduce you to a game, and the moment they end is the moment the same game starts using your balance. Setting a session reminder or a deposit limit before you collect them keeps that transition under your control; the tools are described on our responsible gambling page.
Checklist before you play the spins
- Note the game, the number of spins and the value of each spin.
- Read the expiry for the spins and, separately, for the winnings.
- Check whether the winnings carry wagering and whether there is a withdrawal cap.
- Confirm which other games count if you need to wager the winnings.
- Make sure your account is verified so that a successful run is not held up by documents.
- Take a screenshot of the offer terms with the date, in case you need to raise a question later.
